Upon authorization of returns, we will offer you an exchange or refund. After the product is returned, You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card etc used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable. Refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the products back.

The return is to be done by the customer, currently, we don’t have reverse pickup service
After the product reaches we will add 50 Points in your wallet that can be redeemed for your future purchase.
The product reached to us will be inspected by the team, it should be in its original condition and without any damage or tempering.
The product should be well packed to avoid any transit damage.
Please note that Gourmet (saffron ) food products are non-refundable items
If you got damaged, wrong product then also Saffron product will be returned
In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, you must email us a picture of the damaged product, within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We do on accept return if:
The product is tampered or damaged, we only ask that the product is in its original condition with tags and packaging. You are welcome to try the on the product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
Customized or made to order and food products are not eligible for the refund.
The product should not be worn, washed or changed in any other way.
